This award scheme is for all young volunteers aged 13-25 who are volunteering with a BEF Member Body centre, event or group. It is run over 3 levels Bronze, Silver and Gold with all candidates required to start at Bronze which requires a minimum of 20hrs/8wks of volunteering and completion of the assessment questions. The awards are designed to motivate and encourage, reward and inspire and enhance a young person’s communication, confidence, leadership and organisational skills.
