Club Trips


With the end of term looming many Young Equestrian club as looking for a variety of trips they can discuss with club members to carry out in the six week holiday. We’ve had a look for a few trips which may be of interest to your Young Equestrians:

County Show

Over the summer months many counties host a County Show which show cases a variety of classes and includes country pursuits. Often there are livestock classes, equine competitions, trade stands and fun activities for younger visitors to get involved in. To find out when your county is taking place please search on google.

Trailblazers Championship

Trailblazers is an unaffiliated competition with the aim of the competitors to reach the championships at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth from 26th July to 3rd August.

Attendance at Trailblazers would be a great chance for Club members to see a larger show in action and set themselves some aspirations.

All competitors attending Trailblazers must have qualified in Showing, Dressage and Show Jumping which provides a very good standard of competition for viewing but there are also a variety of trade stands for the spectators. For more detail please follow this link below:

British Show Jumping Championships

A fantastic opportunity for all club members to see some of the highest level of show jumping in action and all at one venue. The event takes places on 6th to 11th August at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth. Full details of the schedule can be found:

British Dressage Championships

The Championships are taking place as the summer ends from 12th to 15th September at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth which will provide fantastic shopping opportunities along with brilliant displays of Dressage at all levels. WES (Western Equestrian Society) National Show

Interested in finding out more about Western Riding and the variety of activities they undertake, why not pop along to the WES National Show at Moreton Morrell College, Warwickshire on 23rd to 25th August. Pony Club National Championships

Th Pony Club National Championships are taking place at Cholmondeley Castle, Cheshire on 16th to 20th August, there will be classes in Polocrosse, Showjumping, Mounted Games, Dressage, Musical Ride, Horse and Pony Care through out the five days. Horse Racing- QIPCO British Champions Series
